4-H Enrollments

Enrollment for the 2024-25 year is here!

Thank you for being patient with 2024-25 4-H Enrollment. We decided to switch gears and let go of 4HOnline enrollment. Moving forward, we ask that the full enrollment packets be filled out this year by everyone, new and returning members alike. Most of the paperwork has been updated to keep for years to come without having to fill it out every year.

ALL forms need to be returned with the enrollment fees to the 4H office  no later than December 1^st. If you need more forms, please reach out and we will be happy to send more.

Enrollment fees are $5.00 per member/volunteer. Cash, check, or online payments are accepted.

*Clubs and individual members will not be covered by our insurance policy for any 4-H meeting or activity until we receive the club enrollment and payments into the office.

Be sure to check our website and Facebook pages regularly for event and program updates. We are always planning programs and workshops to enrich your experience. If you have any ideas, suggestions, or requests for countywide workshops please let Pat or Mikayla know!
