4-H Enrollments

Enrollment for the 2026-27 year is open! Here is what you need:

Returning members - use the link above or return an updated permissions form and conformation on your club(s) or independent status

New Members: use the link above or fill out an enrollment packet and return it to the CCE Franklin Office.

ALL forms need to be returned with the enrollment fees to the 4H office no later than December 1^st. If you have questions or need paper forms, please reach out and we will be happy to send some.

Enrollment fees are $5.00 per member/volunteer. Cash, check, or online payments are accepted.

*Clubs and individual members will not be covered by our insurance policy for any 4-H meeting or activity until we receive the club enrollment and payments into the office.
