Cornell Cooperative Extension supports our local agriculture industry with educational programs and technical services for farmers and rural landowners with commercial and part-time agricultural business enterprises. We offer resources and programs related to dairy farming, livestock management, agronomy, ag economic development, natural resources, horticulture, maple production and much more.

Join us for the CCE Franklin Animal Day at the Orchard, September 12th! 

This family-friendly event will celebrate agriculture with youth activities, hands-on experiences with farm animals, live music, and local food—creating a vibrant setting for vendors to connect with the community.

Interested in supporting the event? CCE Franklin County invites participation from local businesses, farms, artisans, and organizations. Opportunities include:

• Free vendor registration (vendors provide their own setup)
• Donating raffle baskets or giveaway items
• Providing locally grown products or ingredients for Adirondack BBQ
• Event sponsorship supporting CCE agriculture programs
