Director of 4-H Afterschool and Summer Programs
This position will serve as the 4-H Afterschool Program Manager for Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Franklin County and will work under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director. This position will provide direction, organization, coordination, and management of all aspects of the 4-H Afterschool and associated summer programs administered by Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Franklin County. This position may support other Afterschool Programs in this capacity as programming expands and/or school partnerships change. The 4-H Afterschool Programs provide comprehensive 4-H youth development opportunities for youth in grades K-6 from the school districts. Under the leadership and direction of the Executive Director, the 4-H Afterschool Program Manager will provide supervision, coordination, and leadership to ensure the 4-H Afterschool Programs meet health, safety and licensing standards and offer quality 4-H youth development educational experiences. This position will provide management and oversight of assigned grants and contracts. This position will also coordinate all aspects of the 4-H Afterschool enrollment, payment and reporting process; work with outside evaluators to meet grant program objectives; provide administrative support in the recruitment of new participants in the 4-H Afterschool Programs; coordinate trips; coordinate advisory committee meetings, coordinate trainings for afterschool staff, coordinate family engagement events, etc. This position will directly supervise the Afterschool Program Staff (Group Teachers and Assistant Teachers).

Finance Coordinator Position
This position will serve as the Payroll and Accounts Coordinator for Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Franklin County and will provide coordination and administrative direction and management for all assigned Association Financial Operations. This position is responsible for tracking and monitoring the day-to-day functions of assigned work within the Finance Department including, but not limited: handling general record keeping, such as preparing payment forms, billing tasks, maintaining grant and contract budgets, working to input Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable data in accounting software; office organization (i.e. filing, copying and preparing worksheets for billings); cash receipts; and bank statements. This position will coordinate small projects as well as perform routine data collection, compilation or basic statistical data computations. This position will work with administrative, program and management staff to prepare grant billings and other Association invoices. This position will work closely with the SBN Finance Leads to ensure that functional area best practice recommendations are implemented in accordance with established timeframes. This position will reach out to SBN Finance Leads for assistance and troubleshooting, as needed. This position will assist with other finance duties as assigned. This position will work under the oversight and direction of the Association Executive Director and will act as the backup support for office operations as needed.

4-H Camp Overlook Registrar
This position will serve as the Camp Registrar for Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Franklin County and will provide support to the organization within the limits of established policies, guidelines and/or procedures, specifically for 4-H Camp Overlook, which is owned and operated by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Franklin and St. Lawrence Counties. This position will be responsible for processing camper registrations including data entry, cabin assignments, class selection, scholarship forms, health records, and mailings. This position will also be responsible for processing ropes course rentals, as well as facility rental paperwork and maintaining an Outlook calendar. The Camp Registrar will provide positive communication between staff at the physical camp location in Mountain View and the administrative office located in Malone. This position will communicate with Association staff, leadership and the Executive Director to facilitate all human resources responsibilities as assigned. This position will represent Cornell Cooperative Extension to the general public, community leaders and government officials in a professional manner. Will appreciate and embrace diversity in all interactions with clientele, staff, volunteers, and the public. In addition, to maintain proper data entry, this position will be responsible for daily cash receipts and credit card expenses in Acumatica. In the previous system a single entry was completed for all of camp payments on a single date. Acumatica requires each individual transaction to be entered separately and includes their full address. Therefore, one entry may contain around fifty cash sales entries a day. Acumatica also requires scanning and uploading of all backup documents and receipts.

After School Program Assistant
This
position is classified as an Association Temporary Program position and will
serve as a Program Assistant responsible for assisting the
after-school program with after-school program activities that have been
determined within the scope of work between Cornell Cooperative Extension of
Franklin County (CCE) and the school district. This position is responsible for support to the organization within the
limits of established policies, guidelines and/or procedures. This
position will encourage and engage program participants to complete academic
applications that improve their learning set skills. The Program Assistant will positively promote
and utilize existing 4-H program activities and research-based curriculum in
assisting with programming efforts. This
position will be a supportive and positive role model to program
participants. This position will assist
with monthly meetings and activities which engage mentees and mentors in
activities that are supplemental to regular programming. This position will communicate with the
Program Director and report any concerns to ensure positive promotion of 4-H
programming. The Program Assistant will
communicate with colleagues, customers, Association leaders, and government
officials in a professional manner and will appreciate and embrace diversity in
all interactions with clientele, staff, volunteers, and the public. This position is responsible for carrying out
other professional duties as assigned to fulfill the policies and priorities of
the Association.

Energy Advisor for St. Lawrence
This position will serve as the Energy Advisor for Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of St. Lawrence County and will promote and deliver energy literacy and educational awareness services. Services will include, but not limited to: conducting webinars, workshops and participating in conferences and other events to educate members of disadvantaged communities and the public on the benefits of NYSERDA programs and the Regional Clean Energy Hub. This position will increase partnerships that result in scalable activities and projects; will assist with coordinating the Energy Program Advisory Committee in order to increase public participation in energy planning and program coordination activities; and provide administrative support to the program.
