Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Our office is currently looking to hire a part-time temporary Administrative Assistant. This position is non-exempt, 20 hours per week, offered at $12.50 per hour, and based on eligibility, offers a comprehensive benefits package, to include: health and dental insurance, retirement, vacation, sick, and personal leave.

This person will be responsible for assisting staff with day-to-day coordination of business operational activities, creating program flyers, brochures, and newsletters, maintaining program area files and information, taking program registrations and tracking participant attendance, providing administrative support for the local Finance Manager by managing petty cash, processing monies coming into the organization, and making weekly deposits. This position will also perform other general office duties and provide support for the Office Operations Coordinator and other program areas.
