4-H program, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Franklin County will be sponsoring the Annual Winter Horse, Goat and Small Ruminant Symposium on Saturday, February 29th from 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM for a full day of learning with veterinarians, trainers, and professionals.
