$75.00 fee includes all materials, lunch and all product made goes home with participants.
Hands-on use of pressure canners, electric pressure canner, dehydrators, and all parts of the low acid canning preparation process. Venison, Beef, Chicken w/bones, and safe, delicious jerky.
