Wild Game Food Preservation Workshop. October 28, 1:00-5:00pm, Paul Smith VIC, 8023 State Route 30 Paul Smiths, NY 12970 Pressure canning wild game (venison) meat and soup/stew base, making safe and delicious jerky, and freezing basics. All supplies will be provided. $25.00 per person with a max of 8 participants. Must be 18 or older. Payment by credit/debit card using the button below or pay by check or cash at event.
