Learn to identify wild local edible plants with expert Pat Banker from Cornell University Cooperative Extension. Pat will answer your questions about how to harvest, use, cultivate and otherwise appreciate these plants! Be amazed by what Mother Nature has to offer, from gluten-free options to easy-to-harvest solutions right at your feet. This program takes place immediately surrounding the Frank M. Hutchins Lodge (the area is flat) and is suitable for people with limited mobility. Program runs from 10 am-12:30 pm.
